Jen Rudie

I originally dabbled in mountain biking back in the 80’s, but I made a more permanent shift in 2016.  After some time in the saddle and a few technical clinics, I decided to become certified as a Level 1 NICA coach and assisted in coaching my son’s high school mountain biking team.  In 2022, I received my certification as a BICP Level 1 Fundamentals Instructor and have coached clinics for the Loppet Cycle Works, the Superior Cycling Association and Unruly Women.  My goal as a coach is to provide you with the skills that will build your confidence on the bike and in the woods.  There is so much fun to be had, and I want to help you get out there!
